Bear in mind that it is the weekend. I am sure Iain will respond to your request as soon as he gets it. Also, bear in mind that the spam checker might have caught your email, so posting here (just that you have a problem, not any specific personal details) is a good way to allow us to correctly fix your problem.

I'm also going to move this to the Online Purchase support forum.
