Serial Number is not accepted

Hello,

I downloaded the Grand Campaign 1940. I already have a serial number. When I try to install GC40, it says the serial number is invalid. I tried it many many times but it doesn't work. Annoying! What can I do?

Could you tell us what was wrong. I'm surely it can hep others.

My guess is leading or trailing spaces after copy and paste. I had that too and it drove me crazy as i checked the number around 5 times and of course it was correct. It is very very easy to miss a space, especially the trailing one.
