is there a boxed edition of curse of mithras???

No sorry. Though if you buy the Legion Arena Gold version from Matrix you can buy a boxed version which inclueds both games.

Unfortunately yes, the only way to get a boxed copy of Cult of Mithras is with Legion Arena Gold, and there is no real advantage over the digital download version as CoM does not have a manual etc. As you already have the digital version I wouldn't buy it personally but it's up to you!
