Idea---Post your Friendly Battle results

Hi Everybody,

As probably there are a lot of players who don't play tournaments, leagues, etc I thought that maybe they would like to post their battle results to keep some kind of record, to see how they are doing, evolving, etc.

I think it could also do to then look for players and then maybe invite them to competitions.

If we have a quorum maybe we can decide were to place the proper thread, etc.

Sounds like a good idea Fedem. That way non campaign/tournament players will have somewhere to place a challange aswell

Fedem Early Byzantine 13/40 vs Turk1964 Dailami Buyids 38/34.

The Byzantines avoided the bad terrain and the Lancers performed really well even charging uphill.

Fedem Early Byzantine 35/40 vs Turk 1964 Dailami Buyids 40/36

That was a bloody battle. The Byzantines almost were more than worried after the come back of the Dailami. Too close...

Fedem Ordonance Burgundian 34/32 vs Medieval French (early)Ondern 16/34

We tried to form a Wedge with the Pikes supported with Our Lancers and Hills on the left side were some Longbowmen HF with HW covered our flank. On the Left we fought against Average HF with Heavy weapon, Some Lancers and some Longbowmen with our Superior Yorkists HF HW and some of our Longbowmen. We should have won there but my men didnt fought well.
On the middle we were fine till our Average Pikemen suffered the continuous charge of the Lancers and sucumb.

Men this Ord Burg i's a difficult army to master if you want to be offensive. Not enough quality on the troops that have to punch.

Fedem Foederate Roman Eastern 38/38 vs Sciri 33/49


Well, I think we used a nice tactic forming 3 narrowed lines of Lancers and protecting our right flank with the Visigoths Lancers. The left flank was near some woods and it was guarded by Med Light Spears with swords.
The problem was my men lost every impact combat they got in.....Even one of the Lancers charged one enemy lancer and got fragged on one go....Almost 4 lancers charged one of the enemy and lost every one of them. On the ensuing melee things were not much better. Even my Cats had problems. The enemy was really motivated as their cohesion rolls rocked. The only way to disrupt them was make them reach the auto rout levels....
The contrary happened to us.

We lost our camp.

Anyway the enemy took advantage of this and crushed us.

Fedem Saka 23/51 vs paulmcneil Thracians 64/64

The Saka's played a well defensive battle advancing their Cavalry Archers and then withdrawing to withstand the horde charge.

Challenge one.

Fedem Foederate Roman Eastern 39/38 vs Tiavals 42/49

We started bad as our lancers failed some charges and we had to commit more than 2 units some time to brake the enemy lancers.
Then the auxiliary foot and Legionaries made some good work and we almost pulled a miracle.

Challenge two.

Fedem Foederate Roman Eastern 36/40 vs Sciri 50/46.

Another close battle against the Barbarians. This time we were able to keep the enemy lancers far of our lines with Archers on Horse supported by the Legionaries and our own Lancers who waited for the chance.
Bloody battle on the hills between our auxiliaries, archers and their falxmen and impact foot.
