Abandon game ?

Got this message at the start of a game.

"The scripts or other data being used by your opponent do not match yours.
You should contact the other player to ask why their data is different.

It is recommend you abandon the game and report the issue on the forum".

My opponent recieved the same message. We've continued with the game, it's running smoothly enough.
The message is still shown at the start of each turn, so I'm calling it in.
