Weather Brochure: Glitch/Error?

When I load and view the weather brochure I get:



It seems the 'covers' for the swastikas move(d)??

In the 2.1 Manual:

Page 420 of iBook version (7.2.4 Movement Costs) also show the swastikas.

Do you want a list of such? Or does this not matter? With over 1000 pages to go, I'll wait to hear back if you want further points like these.

Page 1639 and 1640 of the manual in iBook:

The forces charts contain the same symbol.
