All in game purchases gone with latest updates

I am a big fan of BA. Unfortunate for me that the latest update has wiped all my in game progress as well as the in game purchases of market garden, blitzkrieg etc. Very unhappy with you chaps at slitherine right now.

you can get paid-for content back, but unfortunately not saved games.

Just to clarify - you will never lose purchased expansions. iTunes remembers you have paid for them.

Going forward, updates will not cause the loss of saves etc. Sorry for the hassles.

Actually, pip, this is wrong. I have lost paid for content. When I try to download again, iTunes wants me to pay for them again. Check your records - I paid for these expansion packs on 5 June and they were deleted when I downloaded the last upgrade,plus all my in game progress.

You owe me a fix for this. I am pretty unhappy.

iTunes will not charge you for the purchase, although it tells you it will. Once you attempt to pay for them then it will say "you have already purchased this item" or words to that effect. No idea why it doesn't check prior to your trying to purchase, but that's iTunes for you.
