Battle of the River Ulcea 488

Another Theodoric battle. As he leads his Amali people towards Italy at the behest of the Eastern emperor, Zeno, they are ambushed by Gepids at the River Ulcea crossing. Many thanks to frankpowerful for help with the play-testing.
