Egypt activation

France fell on turn 10 and Italy activated (armistice accepted).

Now RM is bombarding 8th Army in Egypt and UK can't do anything since Egypt activates at fixed turn (+/-).

Is there a possibility to change Egypt activation rules so it activates based on game events and not on a fixed date?
Never in the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many to so few.
