Game hangs on save loading

I am trying to load single player game and the game hangs. This is what shows in cmd window.

I already overwritten the file. It seems that the bug is the same as the one mentioned by Joerock.

Can't be. Outside of Borger, Paul and me, Joe is the only one who has the change that caused his bug.

Errors looked similar and started to appear only after I downloaded the latest version from ftp.

Anyway I do not have the file (it was autosave where I wanted to review my last turn of great victory over AI ) I am not sure If I will be able to recreate as I do not know when I have time again to play against AI.
