Scenario Editor latest version question

I pathced the game to 1.05 so is the editor up to date or do I need to download an updated editor ??? I was digging around and found a link to get an updated editor but it is the .exe file only ??

The patched editor has the function to load the equipment file between scenarios in a campaign. That is useful for designers who are changing their e-file as they design the campaign. I'm not sure if there are any other differences. Just replace the ScenarioEditor.exe with the latest one if you want it.
