I did not get an answer to this at Matrix.. do the CV .. A have imbedded air component and B can they attack farther than one hex?

Yes they behave just like a fighter unit in that respect though not as effective.

ok, while your answer makes sence to U, I do not know how a fighter behaves.. do they have the ability to attack convoys and other shipping as historically?
