Slitherine server messages

I recieved the following automatical mail from the Slitherine team and don´t understand what the problem is.
Until the Slitherine team told me , i have problems , I never thought , there were any because everythink works quite fine.
Or is it forbidden to work on a turn several short sessions which endure a week or longer altogether?

"The server tracks all actions taken by all users in the PBEM++ system and we notice that you have consistently downloaded your turns multiple times.
Please contact technical support via www.slitherine.com/forum to resolve the issue or you may find you are unable to continue to use the PBEM++ server system.

Please tell me, what to do.

This message would be sent out if you were downloading a turn, then ending the game in some way, and then downloading it again from the start. This is not allowed, as it means you can try things out without consequence in a PBEM game. If this is not what is occuring then please let us know.
