NullPointerException on update from 1.3.2 2010-07-27

Hello.

I've just installed a copy of Field of Glory. Whenever I try to update it from the main menu, I get the following message:

Sorry, Game Stopped!
Please report the following ... (more text)

Disabling the windows firewall doesn't help. Current user has full access to the game folder.

Steps to reproduce:
Launch the game.
Click "Check for Updates".
Click "Get the Update".
Click "Get Update" in the FoG Updater window.
Click "Yes" in the UAC dialog.
Then the error report appears.

OS: Windows 7 64-bit.

Also, when I search for the "NullPointerException" text on the forum, it says:

Code: Select all

The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: nullpointerexception.
You must specify at least one word to search for. Each word must consist of at least 3 characters and must not contain more than 14 characters excluding wildcards.
 

EDIT:
Running the game as another user fixed the issue. The error is probably caused by cyrillic characters in user name. Still it's a bug.
