New to game.Looking for a beginner for PBEM

Just bought the game few days ago.Have been playing the computer,would like to play human opponent.Would prefer play Alllies.Would like FOW,no end date.Oil will play either way.

Havnt been able to get 2.0 to work for me.But Im told 2.1 will be out soon so will forgo 2.0 and wait for 2.1.At the moment only have 1.12 version.

I finally got 2.0 working.Im a little hesitant about downloading from a site whr its all in a forign lanuage.I cant understand anything on it.
