cavalry charging through own troops

Is it a cmt for cavalry to charge through infantry from their own division ?

Main rules seem to say yes & the qrs says no.

The QRS error is listed to be fixed in the errata. Yes, it is a CMT. You can't voluntarily assault through inf or cav not part of your own division.
