Panzer Corp bug

I'm playing an online battle as the russians at the moment and i bought an AT gun next to a town in bad weather. There was an enemy tank in the hex above but because my AT gun was newly purchased i couldn't spot it. I then attempted to move a troop across to the other side of the town but due to bad terrain it attempted to go through the hex where my AT was. When it moved it got stuck in the enemy tanks zone of control but in the same hex as my AT gun (which i can no longer see). I'm not sure if my AT gun is still there because i can only see the troop but It looks like I'm down a unit in money and slot.
I believe this has been mentioned before, are there any plans to fix it ?
Another issue with online games is that the Germans can upgrade there tanks in the same family to the latest and greatest at next to nothing (Pz IV class is a good example) but the Russians pay full price if they attempt to upgrade their out of date T-34's. The Germans can also upgrade their defending wehrmacht troops to grenadiers for cheap. The allies cannot do this.

You can access such "stacked" units via unit list, but yeah, it is a bug which needs to be fixed. And allied discounted upgrades must be added too.

A bug, a bug in Panzer corps? This is disastrous news, if this news ever gets out there will be hell to play, even riots in the streets. If I where the devs I would slap a D-notice on this asap, before things get out of hand.
