Levels of Difficulty

Hi all,

Could anyone help me out with a minor issue. Where can I find the Manstein or Rommel? Currently, I only have the option of 5 difficulties - the highest being Field Marshal.

I recently updated to 1.05v and am playing the DLC `39.
