Another thing I noted. Just when I was trying to figure out if I had forced my opponent to a 30% loss.

Wavering does not cause any atttrition point losses!

Also i think it is important for people to note in general that there is a steep fall off from Waver to broken and it does not occur easily at medium range fire. You got to shove in close to get the job done.
