Is a PDF of the manual available for download? I'm interested in UoC, but would like to read through the manual first before making a final decision on whether to purchase.

Edit: Okay, so I answered my own question and found it here: C:\Program Files\Unity of Command\UoC Manual.pdf I also bought the game :)

I have played many war games over the years and think that Panzer Corps and Unity of Command are the shiny diamonds of war gaming. Both offer their own form of game-play, and both offer total no-nonsense addiction as well as great support for the future.
By-pass either of these great games at your peril. 8)

Well, I just played the Tutorial and the introductory scenario (Crimea), and I've got to agree with Muddy - this game is brilliant. This is coming from a huge PzC fan (who also is really enjoying Battle Academy on my iPad!) -- from what I've seen of UoC so far, it's up with those on my top shelf of strategy gaming.
