Someone want to make a "modding how to"?

Someone want to make a "modding how to"?

I know there is a tutorial for making maps/campaigns, but does anyone know of a tutorial to make 3d models to make vechiles NOT in the game?

If there isn't one, is someone willing to make one?

OR

Is it best for us (those who do not know how to create one) ask those that do know how to make 3d models to make them?

One last question....if Joe Schmo makes a new 3d model of let's say a T-34/85 how would be able to have that model available to me anytime I wanted to create a new game?
