later horse nomad mongols

why cant the mongols get of their horses in this list but can in mongel conquest or is there errata to allow now?

I think it depends which way the wind was blowing when the list was written.

Why should the fact that they are allowed to dismount in one list mean that it should be assumed that they can dismount in another list?
