This means you need to give us feedback about your experiences with GS v2.1 RC11 (or later) even if all you have to say is that balance seems to be good so far. Look in the other thread I created for details and post your findings there.
This also means we need to accept we have added the functionality we want for game accuracy / playability etc. New versions will just be bug fixes. So remaining issues you think of will not be implemented. One example is that we will not implement a change to USSR being able to place reinforcements south of the Caucasus if the Axis reach the Caspian Sea.
So you will have 2-3 weeks remaining to report game balance with the games you're playing. We will use your feedback to tweak values in general.txt if needed at the end of this time and then make the release.
So if you don't find game balance issues within those weeks then they won't be dealt with.
Your target should be to get to the end of 1941 and maybe play a few turns in the severe winter to see if Barbarossa is still fun and gives both sides a chance to win after the events there. So you have 2-3 weeks to get there in your games.

This also means we advise you to NOT post new threads about GS changes you want / rules you don't like. We won't deal with them anyway for GS v2.1. If you have a good idea you want we should look at then you send your request by email to Ronnie. Then he can place the request on the wishlist for GS v3.0 (if we ever make that version). One such example is the request for new unit types. The idea is good, but it won't make GSv 2.1.
