Pay Pal problems?

My wife used Pay Pal to buy Sealion for my stepson yesterday. The payment went through OK but no download link was ever sent. The order # was *******. I have the pay pal receipt as well. Can you help?

I have edited out the order number - it's best to keep them from public eyes . Can you please email info@slitherine.co.uk with your order number and other information, and they will get a link out to you asap. There seem to have been some issues with some email providers filtering the messages.

Pip, I wrote to info@slitherine.co a many hours ago and got no reply. That's why I posted here. Attached to that letter was the PayPal receipt as .pdf.

Should I resend?

It depends on when it arrived. The office that handles this area is in the UK, so it is possible it might not get seen until the morning there.

Sorry for the delay - we are most assuredly pursuing Plimus to try and determine why these emails are not getting through.

Hmmm - now I think, given it is just Sealion, you only need the serial number. Can you Private Message me your order number, and I will see whether we can do something more quickly.
