More enemy heroes?

I was thinking that it would be pretty interesting if every scenario had at least one named enemy hero in it. I actually really like having the super units once in a while. Also it would be cool if some units were not only experienced but had heroes like out CORE forces can have in them. Especially by 1942 the Russians would have started to have some experienced and talented leaders.

Implementation of heroes currently is limited to the German nation (One day we hope to have true multinational support, but we're not there yet), but fear not as there are lots special enemy units sprinkled through-out the DLC campaigns.

Although we do have to be careful not to overdue this at the same time, because it can lead to confusion.
