Cannot get Multi Player game to work

Cannot get Multi Player game to work

Help - both myself and my brother have issued challenges and accepted them - received e-mails notifiing game accepted. It all ends when al the games show on my computer as opponents turns - even when my brother has completed his turn. Any suggests? What am I missing?
