Code 11 Multiplayer Issue

Mac OS: Lion
FOG: 1.7.1

Am having some issues trying to log into multiplayer. I keep getting a code 11 (one or more serials). The serials listed on the "my Page" match the games I should have. I don't believe I have purchased any expansions twice. I did once long ago own a PC version of the game but am pretty sure I never had an account back then. I have tried resetting my password but no luck there.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Sorry you are having problems. Can you send your username and serials for your game & expansions to info@slitherine.co.uk and we can work out where things went wrong. Don't post your serials here.
