Only ones I've seen were for a Sino-Japanese mod. Found the thread and linked it below, but not sure on it's current status. The thread hasn't been commented on for some time. Does have some nice looking Japanese units, though. Maybe the creator would give you permission to use them?

Old Timer Panzer General fan. Maybe a Volksturm soldier now. Did they let Volksturm drive Panzers?

hmm the quality of the units in the sino-japanese mod doesnt meet my quality standard
