Newish player trying to find a way to play DAG armies.

I have been playing the AI, trying to find the 3 or 4 armies that I really like. My problem is....I make an army and save it and then hit DAG battle and I ALWAYS get Carthinagins.

Is there ANY way of getting either:

A. One of the other armies I have designed to play against?

B. Be able to select an army out of the list and let the computer design it?

This is really frustrating me as I am playing MP to try and find this army that I like, and I am all over the place.

Any comments would be appreciated

You can't play against an army you designed yourself but you can choose any army you wish the AI to have.
Look below the list where the armies you can choose from and you see that it says "AI Army Book".
Click on that line and choose a book.
Below that it says "AI Army".
Click again on that line and all the armies of that book(expansion) will show.
Choose any you want to fight against.
