A new game manual?

The current manual that comes with the game isn't that good and I think it would be great to have one that explains all the rules and details in depth without having to go through fifty threads on the forum. Maybe it could be a community effort?

I would LOVE this

I thought I read they were trying to get a living rulebook somewhere in the forum
