I've started 3 games and in each one of them...the Russians launch an attack in June-August of 1940 time frame. Sometimes after the fall of France...sometimes during it.

I've avoided any diplo with Romania though I did start to pressure Sweden.

Is there anything I can do to avoid this so I can start a more traditional Barbarossa?

On an unrelated note...during my most recent game after I captured Belgium...half the proceeds went to Slovakia? They were no place near Belgium.
