Hannibal in Africa

The list in Rise of Rome p27 Special Campaign upgrades both African spearmen and Bruttian veterans, with total bases of 6-8.

The Bruttians are not compulsory in the main lists - are they now compulsory if you go with the Hannibal in Africa option, or is it the position that you only have to upgrade them if you have chosen to take them?


If anyone has any good 650mm (15mm) lists for Later Carthaginian please feel free to share!
