Field of Glory Mac Reinstall complaint

I really, really, really, really, really want to be able to just download a binary from Field of Glory from your website, without having to sacrifice a chicken. I have my serial numbers, I'm willing to log in, but as near as I can tell, because of the way you chose to tie the distribution and payment systems, mankind does not possess the technology to let me re-download the game to my laptop without talking to a human. Am I missing something obvious?

(To be clear: I solved this issue by copying the binary from my desktop and re-entering the serial numbers. But what if I wasn't at home at the time? In a just world there would be a big "DOWNLOAD" button on "My Page" at slithering.com, right next to the serial numbers.)
