Pick'n'Mix Results

OK, sorry for the wait chaps. Also sorry to everyone who ended up playing the same person more than once. I will have to look into better ways to fix that for next year.

I suspect that the software was trying to tell you something. Avoiding rematches over two semi-independent tournaments with partially overlapping members is a constraint too far.

Actually, it isn't ;)

The old SOA doubles used to work such that teams could not play another team that they had already played that year more than once in the first N-1 rounds of a five or six round series of comps.

All I need to do is find a copy of the old BHGS doubles software and the job should be a good one.

That or take the Britcon software and bodge it a bit. I thought that I had managed to bodge the German software to do it last year but when it came to Sunday morning I could not make it happen :(

Dropping down? I thought 15th was quite a good finish for Rob 8)

Now now guys.

I managed a 1st on Saturday with wins over Richard Collins, Leslie Mitchell and Ian Stewart.

I guess I peaked too early and used all my luck up in the win against David Fairhurst Sunday morning.

It did but there were only four players. I will get the results to you shortly if you want them.

Hammy, yes please. 4 players is enough for a comp to count (unless Alaisdar won again...)
