After the experience of my pbem with Mr Crazig , My Soviet counter attack in early 1942 was completely defeated, It seems proved a fact that on the base of present 2.10 , the early counter attack by Russia in1941 or early 1942 seems became hopeless( the Tech difference is too big ) ,on the other hand , If Axis may pass the 1941 severe winter safely , Axis will have a big chance to win more advantage in 1942 sothat they can gain more possibility to hold until 1945 . It will be as realiztic as history . That seems the good balance situation which I was insisting to complain for .（the main reason I complained for unbalance is the workable possibility of early Russia counter attack in 1941or early 1942 ). Now this game engine has much better balance .

I completely agree with you!

If you add that UK must now really defend against SeaLion threat which can be disastrous for Allies (and adds very interesting option for Axis as seen in recent AARs) then the game balance seems very good.
