Serial Number Not Working

I bought a physical copy of Panzer Corps and the serial number that was issued with it does not work. I have had a ticket open with Plimus for over a week and it has gone unanswered. Please advise. Thanks.

Sorry you are having problems.

Some things we can try:

Make sure you 100% insert the serial exactly the same as in your email. So it includes everything, try to type it by hand.

So it should be something like this, but with random numbers:

1111-1111-1111-1111

Otherwise try to use:

Ctrl+C to copy and Ctr+V to paste your serial.

In case this all is not helping:

It could be your UAC or Viruschecker is blocking the install.

In this case try and disable them prior to install or try and go into Windows Safe Mode and install the game from there.

The other thing to try is ensure when copying and pasting you have no extra spaces before or after the serial. Serials never fail in our experience and every problem is down to a typo of some sort.

Can you tell us the Plimus ticket ID is so we can chase up and find out where things went wrong on their end and why this was not answered.
