Unable to start game

I have just uploaded the new game. I can get into the main window but I can not start a game. The window can not be resized and I can not scroll down on the game options page so can not see the bottom wherev presumably the "start" button is having chosen the scenario.

Are you playing windowed mode?
If yes, please change the game to full screen, exit and run the game again.
