Playing a Minor Country

Post by Hanal »

I'm curious how playing a Minor Country would work in regards to the historical setting. For example, if I play Poland, would it be possible to form an alliance with Germany in order to protect my border with Russia and then possibly join Germany in an invasion of Russia, or must historical parameters be maintained and such events as described would be out of the question?

Implemented campaigns are not allowing to freely join alliances, especially for those countries which are at war at the beginning of the game, of course it is possible to try to switch the allegiance, or to being convinced by major country.

If you would like to go one step further, you can implement such changes by yourself wit the use of notepad or 'soon to be released' editor.

Thanks for the reply...perhaps a pre 1939 campaign can one day be introduced which would allow for such political maneuvering....
