Must Do Tutorial Every Start up

I've been playing this game for a month or so, but now, every time I start the game, it makes me do the tutorial. I uninstalled and reinstalled two times but still have to do the tutorial every time I start the game.

Suggestions?

Each time you install the game you must complete the tutorial and the first few missions of the desert campaign to unlock the rest.

Well. . . I'm trying to play MP, but must do the tutorial every time and it acts as if I've never played MP before.

If you edit the settings file as per the thread you'll unl;ock everythign and turn off the tutorial. For some reason the game settings are failing to save on some PC's and we don't know why.
