Severe Winter effects on Finnish units

Folks,

Here's another suggestion for a possible change in the next patch:

Finns are winterized. So why do they get the Severe Winter demoralization effect? Is it possible to single out nationalities and change the code so that Finns (and Norwegians and Swedes, in the unlikely event that they join the Axis) are exempted from the Effectiveness loss?
