Scenario design with v1.04

With the new update, what is the best course of action to develop a new campaign or continuing an existing one with v1.04, with a custom equipment and efx file. I must say, i am a bit puzzled, that's why i am popping the question. Or is it better to wait till v1.05.

Nothing has changed, except easy access to start a campaign with out using the GME

Of course there is a new feature to link campaigns.
