Lakhmids and Ghassanids

For the period 500 AD how would these troops be portrayed?

The reference for these is that they were "Arab Allies" (Rise of Rome book) but the troops types there seem simple compared to what was fielded by the Persians or Byzantines.

Does Arab Allies fit the troop types for these or are better types historical for them?
