creating new documents folder

So this is strange. Now whenever I open up panzer corps, it creates a folder on my desktop called documents, and uses that to store data. I still have my regular documents folder in its normal location, but now the game can't find it for some reason. The problem with all this is that it can't find my saved games.

This seems to be a bad file association or a corrupted windows registry.
When did this happened? Was it after having installed Panzer Corps? Or Panzer Corps was running fine and then from a day to another Panzer Corps begun to create folders on desktop?

It was working fine up until today. I can get around it by copying and pasting my save folder into the new documents folder it creates, but it's not a great long term solution. Maybe I should just try reinstalling?

Yes. Uninstall it first and then install it.
Backup your saves in case you want to use them again.

But this might not be enough. Let us see how do the things work by reinstalling it.
