1.6.1 Later Hungarian

Clippeati - all should be 4-12 as a group, not two separate types with 4-12 each.

In the TT list, no foot are mandatory unless handgunners are used, so I'm not sure any foot should be mandatory in the PC lists. One possibility would be to do a separate all mounted version of the list like the Graeco-Bactrians have.

Found and fixed ready for version 1.6.2. Also removed any Later Hungarian compulsory foot.
