Renaming partisan results in garrison

I recently (v.26) tried to rename a Spanish partisan unit to something amusing ("Franco's Frogs" or some such), and the resulting unit immediately turned into a garrison. It was not possible to rename it back to "Partisan".

Seems like it should probably not be possible to rename Partisan units, if that is what is going to happen.
