Wrong images / Missing units

[Demetrios]

- Caesar´s famous German auxillary cavalry is missing in the Late Republican Roman army ooB.
- Images for Teutonic Knights are wrong (already reported)
- The fierce, naked suicide warriors ( Berserker ) are missing in the Gaul army ooB
- The Numidian Cavalry was a first class mounted skirmisher unit in Hannibal´s era, they should be more effective in FoG
- Carthaginian War Elephants were armored, capability of ranged combat with javelins should be added
- Roman HI should be additionally equipped with javelins.
