For the French/Savoy, try the Venexia web site which has some nice free flags. Also Warflag have French WSS flags which were essentially the same:-

I'm soon to be painting up the Dutch Footgaurds and Danish regt Prince George, I've made my own flags for them and I'll be posting them soon to my blog, so keep your eye out.
