Reinforce first or upgrade first

Post by kilra »

I didnt check completely but it looks like reinforceing to max strength is cheaper than upgrading first and then reinforcing.
I think it was the case in PG2 as well.

Can someone confirm?

Yeh reinforce, then over strength if desired then upgrade...unless you're "upgrading" to a cheaper model!

Wouldn't that be a downgrade.

Ya kilra, what Horseman said. Reinforce/overstrength first, then upgrade. Reinforcements are based on the unit's original cost, so do the reinforce/overstrength while its cheaper. Also, if possible, try not to use reinforcements while in a scenario. Elites cost half as much during the deployment phase plus regular reinforcements are free.
