Billed for Close Combat Last Stand Arnhem but can't download

I ordered Close Combat: Last Stand Arnhem from Slitherine
and got a response that the order was not accepted due
to billing info problems and that the the credit card wasn't
going to be billed.

Unfortunately that was not true. The card was billed.

So now I'm left with no game and no money.

Can anyone help me here. I've mailed customer support
and I'm waiting for a reply. What else can I do?

If you email your order details to info@slitherine.co.uk then the guys should be able to sort out the issue as soon as the office opens tomorrow.
