Change from low ram version to high version

How do i change from low ram to high ram version for the Play Commander - Europe at War Gold Grand Strategy v2.0. I have uninstall the game but it is still low ram version

An uninstall is not necessary. In My Documents\CEaW\ there is a file named settings.txt. You can delete this file and restart the game. It will ask you for your language and if you want high or low ram setting.

A second way is just to edit this file and change LOW_RAM 1 to LOW_RAM 0
